Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts is a long-standing dynamic corridor for the performing arts of the region. This signature district has been enhanced in recent years by the addition of multi-family residential uses. Adding to the vitality of this unique neighborhood will be the Broad & Lombard development - a 43-story residential tower at the corner of Broad and Lombard.
