The Chestnut at University City (3720 Chestnut Street) is a 30-story mixed-use residential project proximate to The University of Pennsylvania and its Wharton School of business. The 1.36-acre project involves a unity-of-use site that encompasses the grounds of the Penn Drexel Newman Center and the St. Agatha /St. James Parish.
