The Tiffany Fletcher Recreation Center has been transformed into a safer, welcoming community hub. As part of the revitalization, the building was renovated by Philadelphia Parks and Recreation (PPR) and renamed in honor of Tiffany Fletcher, a dedicated PPR staff member, with a mural celebrating her legacy. The renovation improved both the exterior plaza and the interior and exterior of the building. Completed in a compressed schedule with several community engagement sessions, the result has significantly enhanced safety, accessibility, and the overall functionality and vitality of the center.
